Not happy? Email assistant@laceai.in within 7 days for a full refund.

How it works

Email assistant@laceai.in within 7 days of your order, from the email you bought with or with your order number. You don't need to give a reason. We refund the full amount to your original payment method.

How long it takes

We process refunds within 2 working days of your email. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.

After 7 days

After 7 days, purchases can't be refunded. If something isn't working, email us anyway and a person will help you get it working.
