Terms of sale

These terms cover Property Listing Pro, a digital product sold by LACE AI.

What you buy

A one-time purchase of the Property Listing Pro files: an AI chat skill pack (assistant instructions, an image engine with fonts and layouts, and listing and writing guides) and a Setup & Daily Use PDF. You need an AI chat app that supports custom assistants with uploaded files; images also need its code feature. There is no subscription. The price shown on the page includes GST and is what you pay at checkout.

Delivery

Right after payment, your download link shows on screen. If it doesn't, we email it to the address you enter at checkout. The link works for 7 days. If it runs out, write to assistant@laceai.in with your payment ID for a fresh one. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).

Licence

One purchase covers 1 agent, or 1 agency of up to 5 people. You can use the skill pack for your own and your clients' listings, as often as you like. Please don't share, resell or republish the files, or the skill instructions.

Results

The skill helps you write and design listings. What you post, and whether it follows the rules that apply to you, is your responsibility. Example listings in the skill and on this site are made up.
